Lavender oil for stress, colds and flu

A runny nose, scratchy throat, headache, and fatigue—the symptoms of both cold and flu. Stress alone won’t cause you to contract the cold or flu, but chronic stress can weaken the immune system and make you more susceptible to illness.

So, take some time out of your day to unwind, even if it’s just 10 to 15 minutes in the morning or evening. For a quick and easy way to alleviate stress and anxiety, create a home made lavender spritzer by blending some lavender essential oil with water into a spray bottle and spritzing it throughout the home. Or get your hands on our calming lavender room spray.
